- Main points to be followed after approval of license :-
- The license will be valid for a maximum period of two years and for the second year up to the end of the financial year (31st March). Notes: Consuming or possessing methyl alcohol without a license is punishable by imprisonment for up to six months and/or fine up to Rs.1000 under Section 66 of the Bombay Narcotics Act, 1949.

- INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE
As per customs notification no. 91/2009 dated 11.09.2009 published in the gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section3, Sub-section ( i) - that in respect of CAPITAL GOODS , office equipment and professional equipment , a certificate from jurisdictional Deputy Commissioner of Central Excise or Assistant Commissioner of Central Excise or an INDEPENDENT CHARTERED ENGINEER , as the case may be , is produced confirming installation and use of the goods in the importer's factory or premises within 6 ( six ) months from the date of imports or within such extended period as the Deputy /Assistant Commissioner of customs may allow.
